There are also some good resources on-line, and be sure to check with
your local Fisheries Protection Agency for your area. In Alberta here we
have a
Fishing Education Program which I became a Certified Instructor a number
of years back. They sometimes also offer badges as well, and
have study handbooks and other materials available.
