OK, here's an update... I just came back from the flyshop with a package of McFlyfoam. It's a wide bundle of material about 14-15 inches long, and looks like it will be most easy to divide into ten pieces.
So, the first ten colors chosen will be the colors for the swap. If you want a double helping of color, feel free to sign up for a second color. THREE MORE SWAP SLOTS AVAILABLE. Also, I found that the local shop had chartreuse, so I will forego that color, and choose Fudge instead to give us a variety. Will give Chris Chapman his requested new color of Steelhead Orange. Here are the colors taken and ones still available. First ten picked will be the swap. Will contact everyone later with the details and $ amount.
