Chuck, Get an old large comb or you can cut some slots in a strip of cardboard. Slip the eyes in the slots or between the teeth on the comb. Spray the eyes on one side flip and spray the other side. I use Krylon spray paint. When dry, spot the pupils with Tulip Fabric paint right from the tube. Just squeeze a drop out of the nozzle, touch the eye and release the pressure on the tube.
