If you want something that works and is very available, "Fly Tying made Clear
and Simple" by Skip Morris is a good choice.

Good Day to all.

May those of you going to the Sowbug have a great time and be safe.

I have a question. One of my students asked me what I would recommend
for a beginning tying book. I had an old Stewart book in the early
80's when I tied. Could anyone help me with a recommendation, as to
what you would recommend, and WHY?

This would be a big help and I trust the judgments from the list.

I am sure I will end up buying a couple of them to boot.

Thanks in advance.

Chappy.
