Thankx Rodney....i'll check that out. Guys......yesterday........(and i had completely forgot about it until about three 3/4 days ago) we had a VERY cool tying event go down here in town. I got invited to tye at the event back at Somerset.........but was left with the impression that you had to be a registered member of one or both of a couple different web-sites in order to be welcome to tye. I went to one of the sites, (bout two days ago) and registered, but never got my confirmation/validation/activation/installation, whatever email back. So i felt like i outta just go watch............which i did. IT WAS GREAT! Turns out that the webmaster who makes sure those (the missing one) emails get sent out, was one of the tyers and in charge of the event, so hadn't been at his computer for about ....yes....3 days. So when i get there he says go home and get you stuff. I
only live bout 4 miles from the CFFC&M, and that's where all the guys were tyin'. Anyway, i just watched AND, signed up at least a dozen more tyers for the Clearwater Junction in June. I've got over 50 tyers now. So it all turned out great..........lotta really cool flies being tyed, raffles, free magazine subscriptios with new memberships at the CFFC&M, and all kinds of goodies to eat. etc., etc., really great day. Here's one of the sites involved www.catskillflies.com and i'll get you the url for the other soon. This site belongs to the guy who owns the store of the same name here in town. But i never even knew he had a "board" at his site with all kinds of tyers involved on it. Well, you learn something every day...........hopefully. And Jimmy, this is NOT a plug, so hold on to your hat. It's simply an example of the age (of information) we live in. Dig? mark.....
