Mike was anyone able to show you the "rope a dub" or "dub a rope" technique?
I can't dub worth beans but Tony has given me some advice that I will follow
next time I have to use dubbing.

Just a note to thank all those that helped me and made the Sowbug
experience very enjoyable.

Tony, thank you very much. You are a very classy person and I count it a
privledge to know you. It was fun sharing Wildcat with Denny, Ken, and
others. The tying was a fun experience. I gave away a bunch of flies that
I am sure are not for saving but for dunking. There were others there who
had the saving kind and they were beautiful. Rick was a nice mentor as I
sat there to tie. He helped me feel more comfortable. I learned that most
seemed to want to see something unique. It was fun to meet the irreverant
Mark. He is more of a character in person than on the list. And he seems
to be headed to Mountain Home. I hope he gets a home big enough to house
some of us on return trips. Allan is just as kind in person as on the
list. Buck, Peggy (how's the new rod?), Joe and others what a pleasure to
meet all of you. It was great to put faces with all of you. I was not
available to see Hans tie and that was a disappointment.

Unfortunately, my disappointments were as high as my pleasures. I had to
leave early. I did not get a chance to fish with Tony. I did not get a
chance to fish much at all. Next time, I will plan to stay several days
there after the Sowbug and get to know the area and the people better.
Allan and others that took pictures would you email me copies? I only took
a few and had intended to take a lot. Thanks again to all. It was
memorable.

Mike
