I don't do snakes either LOL...You know, last year I saw ONE snake at all the
lakes I fish.. This year, I've seen five or more and it's still March...I could
have easily gone another year without seeing any...Yeah, Arkansas has snakes
too... Chuck

Now Chuck, I'm looking for a place for us to retire and your snake story is
taking the serious part of looking at the South and Southwest out of the
picture. You see, Jerry is from Texas and would like to go back for his old
age, but I don't do snakes! I don't even watch them on TV, they are only good
on the end of a 22 shell, with me with the stock nicely rested in my arm.

I'll never forget the water moc's in Houston after the rains, I went from a
anti gun New Englander to a 22 owner real fast.

I looked real serious at Mountain Home during Sowbug, but I think they have
snakes as well.

Jimmy: I guess in that case the "begets" would be ME LOL.. I went fishing
again today.. Caught about 20 bluegills, and two crappie (Both on Chili
Peppers).. and I'm TRYING to get enough fish to have a fish fry on Easter..
But Only three of the bluegills, and one of the crappie were big enough to
eat.. They (the big uns, besides that 4 pound bass) are just NOT biting for
Me this year yet, even though it's plenty warm enough, but it's making Me
have NEITHER confidence or Success LOL. Chuck

Oh, and funny thing happened.. We have been talking about the things we have
caught on flies besides fish.. I had a 4ft long water snake CHASING (I have
a good pic of it if anybody wants to see it) my fly.. I had to yank the fly
out of the water or he'd have taken it..........
