I've known Jim Burbank for years.  This is not something that Jim would 
happen, unless he was incapacitated, very ill or deceased.  I'm also in 
the swap and I had basically forgotten about it.  I have Jim's phone 
number and will see if I can get hold of him and see what the hold up is.  

Let's not give up on Jim Burbank just yet!!!!!!!  Each of you are 
already aware of who is in this swap, so let's not wash anymore dirty 
linen on the VFB.  Do it discreetly amone each other or direct your 
remarks to Burbank.
