Well, looks as if we're still travel-challenged up here in ol' Wyomin'.

Just got back from trying to drive up to Billings, Montana, and had to turn
back. Why? Blizzard conditions. May 4th!! BLIZZARD Conditions! :o( 32
deg., 50mph wind straight from the north (the direction we were heading, 200'
visibility, sometimes as little as 45mph. Driving a 4WD 3/4-ton long-bed
truck, and still planing on the 4" of slush that built up within one hour.
Springtime in the Rockies, I guess.

Back at home, safe and snug. Time for a hot chocklit and some tying time in my
cozy little fly room.

Jerry, we need to go to Miami next time, fish that waterway where I saw the
giant carp out back of the motel.

At least you do admit you're technically challenged. You're also canoe-entry
challenged. Or is that just un-balanced?

  I am multi challenged:

    technically challenged

   vertically challenged

   canoe entry challenged

   crs challenged

   nimbly challenged

   visually challenged

   caloric intake challenged

   mathematically challenged

   dexterity challenged

   bladder capacity challenged

standing on a poling platform challenged

   two left feet challenged

   tippet into small hook challenged

   tying under size 10 challenged

   excess perspiration challenged

   keyboard typing challenged

staying awake in the movies challenged

AND I AM COMPLETELY UNBALANCED AND MIS-ALIGNED

Although it is a complete mystery to me how I actually function on a day to
day basis, I think 4 things save me.

  1. I can ride a pretty fair distance on my bicycle

  2. I can cast a fly pretty close to where I want it to go

  3. As long as DonO or Tony or Deb sends a model or a picture , I can
tie a somewhat usable fly.

  4. I can paddle the bejeebers out of a kayak (will someone tell me what
the bejeebers, bejeebers means )

  5. After 36 years, Diane still thinks I am cute

  I remain, in Orlando

  essentially challenged,
