Steve,
I am so sorry that you did not get one of Don O's flies. I was sure I
had counted properly so everyone got the proper number of flies. From the
picture and memory I will try to duplicate it and send you one, (I hope it
will be close to Don O's perfection, but I doubt it).

Theresa and Amanda are headed for Washington DC tomorrow for the Artesia
High School Bands marching in the Memorial Day Parade in DC. I have been up
to my eyeballs trying to get everything together and ready for them.

If anyone is able to see the parade from DC Monday, give a look. BTW, they
were "Invited" to march and play, they did not apply for the honor. Rumor
has it that they did such an outstanding job at playing when the Vietnam
Memorial Wall came to town that some "Politicians" were so impressed that
they made some requests and pushed some buttons. Note, "Every" single one
of these kids either has a Vet for a dad or "close" relative, or has
someone over in the "Big Sand Box" now. And these kids have worked "hard"
to pay for the trip and some special things they want to do. Please pray
that they have a safe trip to and from. I could not even imagine life
without my Bride and Daughter.

Either way, I am proud that my Daughter gets to march in a parade in
Washington DC and a very special day to me, and my beautiful bride gets to
see Washington DC with them.

Wish I could go with them, but someone has to take care of the animals,
garden and farm. With all my "Hardware" I would only be a boat anchor to
them anyway. Besides, I have been there before to many times, (but, not
with the fine company that is going now.)

Will see what I can do to re-create and get you the famous Don O Fly.
Jimi

Thanks to Chuck I got a photo on DonO's fly and added it to the web page.
You can now see all of the participants flies at:
