Hello,

Please give me a week to dig out from work deadlines and building a new deck at home. I will put out the list in a week. Sorry for the delay.

Chris
Can you provide a list of those that are tying and what they are tying. I need to know how many CP Avengers to tie. You may have already done so but if so, I have lost it, misplaced it or even deleted it.

Thanks for hosting this CP swap.
Jim

Hello,

There is much interest for this second annual "Chili Pepper Swap".
This year, we want more modifications and unique additions. We also
want a quick paragraph from the creator helping the other swappers
understand when to use their fly (or at least the pattern they created).

For example:

Chili Heronfly - the regular Heronfly that I tie is by far my confidence
fly. Since I have been tying the tail with burnt orange marabou
highlights and a burnt orange chickabou collar using the Magic Tool, the
Chili Heronfly is so unique it should be outlawed. I like to use a
sinking line and strip fast - but will equally nymph it with a large
beadhead nymph with the Chili Heronfly as the point fly and sometimes a
sinker in between where restrictions allow. The wet fly swing with
this small streamer results in some seriously big trout in high
pressured waters....

Send this me via email form at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

For those that have emailed me, you are in the swap. You know who you
are...

For those who haven't contacted me, here are the details:

1) 20-25 fly tiers....Plan on 25 flies. Due by August 31st. This
gives you time to fish with your creations to help develop a mini
biography on the fly.

2) I will post on my website by June 1st more information on the swap
including where to send and the list of swappers. I will only use the
VFB list to recruit additional tyers (like I am now.) Since I like to
conduct swaps offlist - please make sure I have a preferred email addy.

3) FOR THOSE WHO WANT A KEEPSAKE - I will entertain assembling your
collection into a shadow box. I will buy the shadow boxes at Michael's
(unless someone has a better idea). I will gladly assemble the your box
for the cost of the shadow box + $3 + S&H - The end charge might be $15
( I will communicate my costs once I get a final count that are
interested). The $3 is my time to cut up some special dk gray foam,
apply Velcro, and assemble. All in all it is something I can do
watching TV - and I could eat some Cheeto's and noone would know the
difference...lol. This is optional and if you are not interested, then
no problem. I just thought I would offer it up.

Any questions, please email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
