Chris, I think you'll find that this has already been done in the good
ole USA. At least it has in Texas. Texas Fish & Game Magazine
semi-annually prints Its Texas Lakes & Bays Atlas. This atlas has maps
of every sizeable lake in Texas, showing all the saltwater bays,
intercoastal waterways, accomodations, i.e. motels, camp grounds, etc.
Also included with each map are the Hot Spots for fish and the species,
best baits, tips plus GPS coordinates of all these hotspots and in
addition to the GPS coordinates, they are marked on the maps. Just to
do Texas is an enormous undertaking and is close to 400 pages long. I
really don't see how you could do a world-wide fishing Atlas.

Hi all, just thought I would run an idea past you all.
I'm in the process of compiling the world's MOST COMPREHENSIVE map of
fishing locations.
The concept is to have a world map with fisheries listed on it,
linking each one to a page of catch reports and info about the water.
