Hang in there Chuck. My wife went through much the same with my first. She
was hospitalized for a week or so and managed to go a little better than
full term. The fact that the Dr. says not to work for a week is a good
sign, if he were really worried she wouyld be on madatory bed rest right
now. Keep her off her feet and give her tons of emotional suppoet.
Needless to say all of our thoughts are with you and yours. Keep us all
posted.

Subject: [VFB] Prayers needed please
Folks: My daughter is only 7 months along, and started having contractions
earlier today.. She JUST got out of the ER.. They gave her shots to stop the
contractions, and put her on a pill form of that med and told her to take
off work for a week..My Grand daughter happened to spend the night at my
house last night, so i had her, so they didn't have to worry about her...I
know that most babies survive and do good nowadays at 7 months on, but every
day in the womb is much needed.. I don't mind telling ya, I have been crying
all day since my Son in Law called me to tell me they were at the hospital
cause if something happens to ME, that's OK, but when it happens to your
"Baby" even if that "Baby" is 22 years old, it's hard to take.. Know what I
mean???? The doc told her not to go back to work till he saw him again in a
week, but we're gonna try to convince her to stop as she is a maid at a
motel and on her feet all day and lifting pretty heavy baskets of laundry
etc.. She is worried about her car payment and her credit cause of that, but
I told her that NO car, NO credit and NO job is worth the risk.. Besides,
they have two more vehicles, and I have an extra car that we all use if one
of us has a break down, and my DIL already said she'd take the new car and
take over the payments so Sissy and Marty's credit would stay tip top...
Just please remember us al. My wife is at work and is all tore up too, cause
it's her second week at a new job and she can't afford to take off while
still on probation, but that is her Baby just like she is mine... My wife
will get off in a cpl hours and I DID call her at work and tell her Sissy
(and the baby) are OK, so that made her some better.. But when I hear my
wife cry, it makes Me cry more... Thanks, Chuck
