The time is drawing near for this years FFF Southern Council Conclave to be held October 4, 5 and 6 in Mountain Home, AR. As many of you know, my home club, Free State Fly Fishers, is the chairing club for this year event. This promises to be the premier fly fishing education event in the US this year. We've got 3 days stuffed full with over 60 classes and workshops, scores of terrific demonstration tyers, 40 vendors from all over the country and loads of fun auctions,raffles, dinners, parties and events to make for a great weekend. You can even take a one-day rod building class from your friend, master rod builder Tony Spezio.
