I will second what Tony says. Its a $20 part that still keeps the vise well under $100. I bought one of the prototypes and it makes a big difference for dealing with lots of material behind the hook. If you were only tying smaller trout flies I would say you didn't need it. That's a lot of vise for a small price tag.
