have any access to the administration portion of the MajorDomo.

In the message section of your email put...
unsubscribe vfb

That wasn't meant to be an insult. Seriously this list was shut
down a couple of months back. Go back to the VFB and sign up for
the new list. This list was cut off by the provider and everybody
got the word out to their friends on the list about the move.
Technically, these emails are not supposed to be able to go through.
