How much is the annual rent?

Recently added covered roof vents for improved ventilation. The most
notable deficiency is that the propane heater needs some work on the
thermocouple. We have never really had a need for a heater in season,
so have managed without it.
its a 27 Ft 1978 Wilderness by Fleetwood. It has good life in it
yet, and has received necessary maintenance annually. It is
currently prepped and winterized, and has a bunch of supplies and
equipment to go with it. The site location of the trailer is prime,
away from the river , on the other side of the road, but directly
across from a fishing access point. Its on the highest ground in the
campground and has never even come close to being threaten during the
last 3 "floods of the century".
For this in-place and situated trailer, we are asking $300. The
trailer can be inspected by contacting Phil or Filicia at Terry's

If you think you might have an interest, take a look quick, as we
will be removing the trailer from its primo site very soon, as not
to incur 2008 rent charges.
