LGA 2011-3 Processors like your Ci7 5930K are Haswell-E, NOT standard Haswell,
they are not the same. There may be Core i7 branded Processors, but they are
based on the enterprise Xeon E5 V3 dies, so is unsurprising that they still
have some of their features enabled. Intel merely didn't bother to disable them
for market segmentation, like they do with other features.Actually, I'm not
sure if Intel considers these Core i7s typical consumer at all. They are placed
as a different Core i7 line since in Ark they appear as HEDP (High End Desktop
Processor), and are not mixed with the others Core i7s. Regardless, when I said
"consumer Haswell", I'm talking about the LGA 1150 ones, and that also includes
the Xeons E3 V3 like mine.
