As promised at the mic in Prague, here is a pull request to add Daala's
entropy coder to Thor:

It also fixes several crash bugs in the decoder on invalid streams.
This does not actually convert any of the symbols over to using
arithmetic coding, but it should now be possible to do that one symbol
at a time, or to experiment with adding other features in Daala to Thor
that rely on Daala's arithmetic coder.
