Doh... *Sheepish  grin* 
Oh well, nobodies perfect...  I will fix that one up.  Please let me
know how well it works (if it works at all).

PS - I almost forgot, one of the FIXMEs is that it is hardcoded for PAL
framerate - I don't know (and haven't looked very hard) how to get the
framerate from v4l devices...
