hi guys, i'm pretty new to the list and have a problem that's been bugging me for a few weeks now. i'm currently programming a bt878. basically i could access the card, fiddle with its registers etc. problem is, i can't seem to get the DMA transfer to work properly. going through some of the public source, i realized that there are actually a number of things to be configured, eg, the PLL, odd even field etc etc. question is, what do i need to do in order to initiate a DMA transfer into some part of the memory or is there some kind of spec other than the official one stating more specifically what to do? thanks a million!
