Well, I am not going to try to find out why gcc-2.96 does not want to
compile bttv-v4l2.  When I finally get gcc 3.0 downloaded, I will make
sure bttv-v4l2 builds with it, but till then, unfortunately, it will
only work with gcc 2.95 and earlier.
