[V4L] Bigphysarea with kernel 2.2.19 ???

Hi,

I am looking for bigphysarea for kernel 2.2.19, but it is nowhere. 
Coudl you please tell me how to find it?

Anyway, are there any alternatives for bigphysarea? since I think this 
module is not standard, so it is not widely supported (?!)
