Hi, I'm very new to video capturing. The question is, how can I grab a framme from a USB Logictech quickcam device. Is there a API to this framme grabber ?
what I intend to do is grab a frame, fed it into mpeg4 codec, send it over network. I'm more concern on how to grab a frame. Hope friends here can point me to some resources or make suggestion.
