latin2 support isn't in there ...

Quick & dirty hack is replacing the charset for the mime type in the
source code (s/iso-8859-1/iso-8859-2/ in page.c).  Should also be easy
to add a command line switch for it.  A bit harder would be making
alevtd work with utf-8, which should kill any charset issues ...
