Friend of mine's building a new system and thought it would be nice to have "dual-head video card with a TV tuner" so's she can watch cable on a monitor in her office.
All my experience is in capture with no tuners, so figured I'd ask the list for hardware recommendations. Since it's not built yet, the possibilities are endless, but it will definitely be an Intel-ish platform with Linux. Anybody got any favorite cards they'd like to recommend? AdThanksVance. Donna.
