Looks like it should work fine.

"EIA" there simply means 1-volt standard
video, with negative sync - essentialy the black&white north american
525/60 standard before NTSC color was added.  I suppose its conceivable
that the Bt chip doesn't like true black & white video (no colorburst,
60Hz instead of 59.94Hz field rate, 15.75KHz instead of 15.734Khz line
rate).  But I'm sure I've heard of folks using B&W cameras with bttv
cardsfor security applications.

first things first though (appologies if you've already tried this):  do
you get a picture when connecting the camera directly to a composite video
monitor or a VCR?  Does the bttv card work with a color camera?
