There is support for the USB WebCam 3. See http://alpha.dyndns.org/ov511/

I don't know about the parallel WebCam 3 (perhaps it uses CPiA chipset: 
http://webcam.sourceforge.net ). IIRC, the parallel WebCam 2 uses CPiA.

The WebCam 5 isn't currently supported, but the chip is documented.

With USB WebCam 3, just plug the camera in (if you are using a fairly 
recent Linux distro). If you are asking how to create /dev/video0 
itself, here's how: "mknod /dev/video0 c 81 0"
