Linux Media Labs have a product based on the W99200, the LML1011. They have 
a driver for the it on their website www.linuxmedialabs.com . It isn't a 
V4L driver but should give you enough to get something working. I believe 
their card uses the Philips SAA7113 video decoder chip and does not have a 
tuner. Other designs may differ, we produce a PC104+ card with a W99200 and 
a SAA7114 (we don't use this driver though).
