oh, and to setup a box that you plan to have no monitor or video card on (& keyboard & mouse)...first install your fav linux distro on it & remove the peripherals and monitor.
log into it from a remote computer using ssh. you can use ssh to run the tools on a remote display con: you're going to have a cat5 wire running across the living room floor if you don't have wireless lan.
