What is the status of pvr? Last time I talked to someone involved into
the project he stated that they want to maintain their own bttv version
for the time being.

As far I know there are more changes required (make bttv not touch gpio
ports, some initialitation order issues, ...). Simply adding just this
single #define doesn't cut it.
Merging pvr stuff is fine with me, but when doing so a _complete_ merge
please. Patches are welcome ...
