I have that same combination working. Bttv version 0.7.62. I haven't tried it with the Geforce2 GL libraries. I can't remember where I read/heard this, however - at the risk of spreading rumors - Don't place the tuner card in the slot next to the AGP. I vaguely remember this causes some weird problem - something about the 2 sharing the same interrupts. Drop me a line if you need more info.
