I've been happy with WinTV model 401 (DBX/FM/remote) and with STB Desktop TV
cards. Decent tuner. Clean audio. There might be bttv cards with better tuners -
my Matrox Marvel G200 has a cleaner video image watching CATV than any of my
bttv cards.
