These are the drivers I was initially using that locked my box up. At
this point I don't recall specifically what caused it to lock up, but I
think it was insmoding the drivers. I've since moved it to another box
that is less critical and am making another effort. At this point I get
a message as follows when I insmod usb-ohci:

usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0x46d/0x870) is not claimed by any active
driver

Which is okay thus far, but /proc/bus/usb is empty. I would have
expected to find something there by now. I'll have to recompile the
driver for this new box, since the binary from my previous attempt pukes
with errors with unresolved symbols errors... Probably because the
previous box used the usb-uhci module whereas this one uses the usb-ohci
module.

Also, a decent list of

Hmm, wasn't planning on doing any coding just yet, figured I'd try and
use what's available.

Yeah, that's my next effort, to get my sony firewire enabled camcorder
talking to my box...

Until later: Geoffrey [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
