Hi,
this adds:

FIX  tuner SHARP NTSC_JP to use NTSC IF 45.75 instead of 58.75 NTSC@Japan,
      this would only explain de-tuneing of 13Mhz for this tuner in jp.
      Any japanese here to clarify?

CLAR ification of tuner names, esp. make clear MK3 is special
FIX  BTTV_MAXI is Flyvideo
NEW  Tuner TAPC-H701P
NEW  Autodetect NTSC for Flyvideo
