I'll prove you wrong - I have sound working constantly on my FV3K (no 
FM)....
BUT, I get the video blanks out after a couple of hours, days, whatever 
running and requires a cold boot to fix it up.

I'm not sure about what the cause is - seems like image and sound are 
almost mutually exclusive.
