saa7134: what happened to the MD9717 support?

Hi,

some time ago I tried to get my MD9717 working with driver version 0.1.9 (AFAIR). Now, when looking at version 0.2.1 I cannot find the card on the list of supported devices anymore. Is it still number 6? Now I can find there only "TV (mono only)".
