FlyVideo3000 with saa7133 detect?

For some reason my newer NTSC FlyVideo3000 came
with an saa7133, while my PAL FlyVideo3000 had the saa7134.
Result is that the PAL card is detected, the NTSC isn't.
Kernel 2.4.20

Any ideas on how to get around this?
