try to find some way to not set /dev/radio0 if you have something like radio_nr= in modules.conf - remove it

few months (I think about two) ago muted saa7134 cards was one of general thread at this list
list another options of module (modinfo -p saa7134)
check another settings
saa7130[0]: registered device video0 [v4l2] saa7130[0]: registered device vbi0 saa7130[0]: registered device radio0
saa7134[0]: registered device dsp2 saa7134[0]: registered device mixer1 - I can see something like that, but you have it missing
