It seems the problem has to do with using V4L2_PIX_FMT_RGB32 (and
yes, 0.9.5 has it too).  It turns out it doesn't oops with
V4L2_PIX_FMT_RGB565...  I'm using 768x576 and V4L2_FIELD_INTERLACED. 
Maybe the large image is causing kernel memory management trouble
somehow...

Um, the oops log produced with 0.9.5 is for a large part line noise,
I'm afraid :-/.  But I'll fetch a current ksymoops tonight and send
you results.
