Are any mpeg-2 tv
tuners with hardware encoders supported in linux? I have read about
development efforts so far, but have been unable to determine which cards are
being referenced (usually a chip is referenced), and havent been able to tell
how far along the development is.
What I want to know
is if any of these cards are usable in linux yet. Meaning, do any work
with xawtv and correctly capture using the mpeg2 hardware
encoder?
