For a specific window size,
i.e., 'mplayer -tv on:driver=v4l:device=/dev/video0:\
input=0:channel=E5:norm=pal:chanlist=europe-west:width=720:height=576'
Mplayer 0.90rc4 keeps spitting out errors like:
ioctl set tuner failed: Invalid argument
ioctl mcapture failed: Invalid argument
...
When specified without the window size argument, mplayer displays a
48x32 window with a tiny part of the video field:
