OK Got TVTime kinda working on my saa7134 Fly Video
3000 card. One issue is the CVS was missing the
newzealand tuner settings. There is a CVS patch in the
bug repository for adding them back in.

I also get the report that my card delivers non
interlaced input, I've included the output of tvtime
-f newzealand -v below.
