But not both. Any clues?

I've found that I can get sound if I fine tune xawtv to +6(+-1) for every
channel. Unfortunately, if I do that, then the picture is at the very
edge of being viewable. The colors are over-amped and the picture begins
to look fuzzy.

Alternatively the Picture looks perfect at fine tune 0 and is acceptable
to about fine tune +3 or 4. But the sound is only static. Are there some
settings changes I can try in XawTV or the bttv drivers?

I have a 3Dfx voodootv 200. I'm running bttv v.0.7.105 compiled
separately from the kernel. I'd be happy to dink around with the drivers
but I don't know where to start.

Here are the relavent pieces of my modules.conf:

options bttv radio=1 gbuffers=32 bttv_verbose=2 bttv_debug=1
options msp3400 simple=0 debug=2 automute=0

Are there any undocumented options I can try?
