I do have Play TV PAK rev. 4E with the same label on the tuner and found it in bttv-cards.c source file to be Philips' tuner and described as compatible with other Philips tuners listed in CARDLIST with number 5. It's a pitty this type of tuner is not mentioned in the CARDLIST file, though. Can we hope for a fix Gerd? In short - try tuner type 5. Good luck!
