well I guess my card is an old one, though I dunno for sure .. how do I find out? radio works fine in stereo. "radio" shows "stereo" when switching to a stereo station and when I look at the signal coming from the card with envy24control I see that the left and right channel are indeed different (and for mono stations, like the one I work for, they are the same).
