Location of the audio carrier.  Depending on the PAL subnorm it is a
different one.  5.5 MHz is PAL-BG, 6.5 MHz is PAL-DK, 6.0 MHz is PAL-I
IIRC.  Autodetection not working sometimes is a known issue.
