Consider the code pre-alpha-non-tested-will-crash-your-computer-quality.
Haven't really caused any problems with me lately but it is largely untested.
Also.. you will need a late 2.3.x kernel and i2c-code straight from the
i2c-cvs(to work with my patch). There is a rather small readme-file that
explains the requirements and not much more. I'm using 99pre3 and it works
pretty well for me. I've not tried to figure out how to make the code
compatible with 2.2.x and will not even attempt it. This will be a 2.4.x-kernel
driver only..

My driver is pretty self contained and doesn't even take any
options(everything autodetected). My modified tuner and msp3400-files,
voodoo-tuner and voodoo-msp3400, will probably interfere with the original
versions due to driver-id collisions but as long as those are not loaded at the
same time it should be okay..
Supposedly the code should work with both pal and ntsc-versions but only ntsc
is tested so far. I haven't locked in any standards but hope that it will be
autodetected(at least ntsc works out of the box).
