Are you in the states? If you are is there a reason you are configuring
"TV Norm: PAL-NC"? I beleive that most of the products here in the US are
NTSC M format, try that instead of PAL format. Good luck.

I'm using:
RedHat 6.1 (kernel 2.2.12)
Pinnacle Studio PCTV (Bt848)
bttv-0.6.4 with the following modules installed:
insmod videodev
insmod ic2 verbose=1 scan=1 i2c_debug=1
tuner debug=0
bttv radio=1
xawtv 3.17
I'm trying to view and capture video from my video taperecorder, so I
run xawtv and configure it in the following way:
TV Norm: PAL-NC
Video Source: Composite1
I can view de video, but in black and white.
Any hint about that?
