BTTV in 2.4.0-test4

OK, it may be a bit two early to ask questions about 2.4, but this puzzled
me.  Where did bttv go in 2.4?  It's no longer under video4linux, thought
that was a bit funny.

BTW: If bttv can be tracked down, has support for the ADS Channel Surfer
improved?
